We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may initiate a return within 30 days upon receiving your items.

All returned goods must meet the following requirements: items must be in original unused and unworn condition with all original tags intact and original packaging preserved. You are also required to provide your receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Kindly contact us right away if you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect items, so we can promptly assess and resolve the issue for you.

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods such as food, flowers and plants, custom-made or personalized bespoke items, and personal care & beauty products. We also refuse returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gaseous products. Please contact us if you have inquiries about specific product return eligibility.

Please note that promotional giveaway items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The fastest way to get your desired item is to submit a return request for your current product and place a new separate order once your return is confirmed.

Notwithstanding the above terms, customers located within the European Union are entitled to cancel their orders or return goods without any reason within 14 days after receipt. All goods must still be kept in original unworn, unused condition with full original tags and packaging, accompanied by valid purchase proof.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise to confirm refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account.
